Sitefetti provides AI-assisted website creation, hosting and a workspace for editing content. Starter, Business, Signature and Professional offer different features and designs. Stores have a separate offer. Special requires confirmation of its supported concept and scope before purchase. Manual editing and uploading your own photographs are included in the selected plan. Store owners manage their products, prices and stock.
2. Subscriptions and prices
The order identifies the plan, currency, billing period and included features. Monthly and annual subscriptions have no separate setup fee. An annual subscription is charged as one annual payment. Consumer prices are displayed including VAT for the stated tax assumptions; business prices excluding VAT are identified separately. The final total and applicable VAT are calculated from the customer's billing details and supported country and shown before payment, together with renewal terms. A preview or saved selection is not a payment or a published website.
3. Optional AI credits
The agreed euro packs are 100 credits for €9 or 250 credits for €19, excluding applicable VAT. These are one-off purchases without automatic renewal. Ongoing AI assistance is separate from manual editing; the credit cost must be shown before an operation is confirmed. Changing the package, layout or colour of an existing draft reuses its content and should not start another paid generation. Review generated text, images, claims and translations before publishing. Do not put passwords or payment details in prompts.
4. Renewal, cancellation and non-payment
Subscriptions are intended to renew for the selected period until cancelled. Cancelling renewal leaves the website available until the end of the paid period. Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate requests. For an unpaid renewal, the agreed additional payment period is seven days; after that, the public website may be paused. Sign-in, payment and data export remain available. Hosting suspension does not immediately delete business records.
First subscription: 14-day money-back guarantee
For the first monthly or annual Sitefetti subscription, personal and business customers may request a full refund within 14 days of the first purchase, without giving a reason. For annual billing this means the full first annual payment, including tax paid on it, not just one month. This additional guarantee does not restart on a renewal or an upgrade. Submit the withdrawal form linked below or an unambiguous statement to hello@sitefetti.com identifying yourself and the order or website. We confirm receipt and return the eligible payment to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the notice, without a refund administration fee. Refunded hosting is discontinued; signing in and exporting supported customer data remain available. Cancellation after the guarantee period stops the next renewal and leaves access until the end of the paid period. Mandatory statutory remedies for an incorrect charge or a defective service remain available.
AI credit packs are separate from the subscription guarantee. Within 14 days of a pack purchase, you may request a refund of the unused portion, valued proportionately at the price actually paid for that pack, including the corresponding tax. We check the purchase and usage records before calculating it; processing a request must not allow the same credits to be both spent and refunded. Used credits are not automatically excluded from statutory remedies for faulty or undelivered services. Calling a product “credits” does not by itself remove a consumer’s right to withdraw. We do not treat acceptance of these terms as consent to waive that right. Consumer withdrawal normally runs for 14 days from the service contract; any lawful charge for early performance requires the relevant prior information and express request. No such deduction is made from a subscription covered by our full first-payment guarantee.
5. Content, stores and domains
Use material you own or have permission to use. Sitefetti does not guarantee sales, traffic, search rankings or exclusive rights to AI images. A store owner is the seller to their shoppers and is responsible for product details, taxes, delivery, returns and customer notices. Shopper payments are separate from the Sitefetti subscription; a visual demo does not prove that live payments are connected. Domain registration and renewal are separate unless an order includes them. Connecting a domain requires access to its DNS settings; generating a draft does not buy a domain.
6. Help and data
Contact hello@sitefetti.com or use the contact form for support, billing questions, complaints and data requests. Identify the relevant website or order; do not send passwords or API keys. Sitefetti does not promise a guaranteed response time or uptime percentage. Workspace export provides supported business records, not the entire Sitefetti software. A deletion request is reviewed and does not instantly erase records, invoices or backup copies.
Content permissions and acceptable use
You retain the rights you hold in your own uploaded content. You authorise Sitefetti to store, display, adapt and back up that content only as needed to provide your requested service. You must have permission for uploaded photographs, logos and personal information. Do not use the service for impersonation, unlawful material, unsolicited bulk messaging or attempts to access another customer’s data. AI output must be reviewed; Sitefetti does not promise that it is unique or free of third-party rights.
Complaints and service problems
Send complaints to hello@sitefetti.com with your order or website reference and a description of the problem. Keep your receipt. We review the relevant records and explain the proposed resolution. A support request does not itself cancel renewal; use the cancellation request or state that intention clearly. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer remedies or your right to contact a competent authority or court.
7. Agreement and accepted version
The version of these terms and the data-processing addendum presented before purchase is saved with your order and supplied with the purchase confirmation. Keep that confirmation. Later updates do not silently replace the accepted historical record. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Questions about the agreement may be sent to hello@sitefetti.com.
